Arranged rum relies on a long maceration with sugar, which rounds off and masks the fruit. Our infusion technique is an entirely different process. It is a method we developed ourselves, and it lets the red fruit express itself with nothing to hide behind.

What does the hibiscus bring?
A floral acidity and a deep colour. Without it, the strawberry-raspberry duo would turn jammy. The hibiscus tightens the whole and gives it freshness.

What is rosehip?

No, and that is the whole difference in process. Commercial red-fruit arranged rums macerate in sugar and are generally very sweet. Here the palate stays dry and clean.

Chilled or over an ice cube for sipping neat. In a cocktail, it works particularly well topped up with sparkling water, where its colour also makes an impression.
